I got exciting news this week. I’ll be speaking at Blogpodium, Canada’s Conference for Design and Lifestyle Bloggers, in September. Jordana and I will be co-presenting ‘You CAN have both – balancing a day job & a successful blog’. Eeep! I am so honoured and freaked out at the same time – did you see that Sarah Richardson is the keynote speaker – she’s on right before we speak!?
This week I also joined forces with Classic Play. I’ll be sharing regular food posts over on Jennifer’s amazing blog! She picked some great foods from a long list I provided her with – I hope these recipes will inspire people to try new things – simple, but yummy food.
This weekend we are taking a break from our normal routine and we’re heading out to Prince Edward County. We’ll be tasting some wine, a lot of cheese and probably more ice cream. And we’ll be visiting Sandbanks, which is the biggest sand dune system in Canada. Let’s hope the weather isn’t too bad – I know we won’t be swimming, but a little warmth would be nice.
