Layers of pound cake and different flavours of ice cream and sorbet are the basis for this pretty ice cream cake. With a little patience and time (to ensure that each layer freezes solid) you can create a nice and tasty desert.
We made this to celebrate my grandfather’s birthday. He likes ice cream, he likes cake – why not combine the two and create a nice surprise?
