So spring officially started this week and we got more snow! We definitely got our share this winter and I am so ready to turn my back on boots, hats and coats.
Despite the snow, we had a great week – a new gymnastics class for the kids, made cauliflower and leek soup, got news that a planned collaboration is coming together, Desmond’s room appeared on Cup of Jo (whaaat!) and Better Homes and Gardens featured my eggs and smoked salmon (yippyyy!).
I’m working both days this weekend, so hubby has to take care of the kids – I’ll really miss my weekend family time and look forward to a long Easter weekend coming up next week. By the way, I have the cutest Easter recipe for you on Monday, can’t wait to share!
A few specials I want to share with you this week:
- Removing the orange from Kraft Dinner – or Kraft Macaroni and Cheese for those south of the border.
- According to research it’s hard to be creative in a quiet space, but also hard to work in a loud office. That’s where the coffee shop comes into play – or the fake coffee shop.
- Chapters Indigo is showcasing some beautiful tableware online and in their stores. And the pillows!
- Justin Rutledge – can’t stop listening to this song.
- Crazy awesome chevron cake!
- A beautiful 500 square feet apartment in SF – fits a family of four!
